Project Hutton II

In 2017, the Fair Association enacted a multi-phase plan, known as Project Hutton II, to improve the fairgrounds for years to come.

This plan includes:

• Phase 1 - Remove old barn(s)/Construct new pavilion

• Phase 2 - Construct new concession stand

• Phase 3 - Demolish gymnasium & senior center

• Phase 4 - Construct new community building

• Phase 5 - Revitalize community playground

• Phase 6 - Finish interior of community building
